Third Coast Restaurant presents California Cabernet Tasting
Third Coast Restaurant will teach guests about the important cabernet vineyards in California and the classic characteristics that embody this bold grape. Third Coast’s award-winning sommelier David Cook will lead the tasting teach, the first of a monthly-event series at Third Coast. Guests will taste three wines from the Third Coast wine list, each paired with a small bite prepared by Chef Jon Buchanan.
The tasting will feature the following wines:
- ’15 Camp Cabernet, Marietta Cellars Armé Lot #3
- ’14 Turnbull Cabernet
- ’14 Band of Vintners ‘Consortium’ Cabernet
