Even her brother has influenced Bumgarner, who allowed that her cocktail dress was designed by Mark Bumgarner, a Filipino fashion phenom.
The gathering was a joint project of the center's Young Professionals, Bank of America, Filipino Young Professionals, Philippines America Chamber of Commerce Texas and Zulu Creative to launch to the 2013 season of the Asia Society's Leo Bar.
