Houston's own Sharknado defies imagination: You won't believe these terrifying sights (and sharks)

In this week's KHOU CultureMap Moment, Channel 11 Morning News anchor Lily Jang and CultureMap's resident expert-about-everything Joel Luks visit the Downtown Aquarium, where Shark Weekend is in full swing through Sunday.

While the Discovery Channel's Shark Week and Syfy wacky Sharknado 2 (killer sharks in New York City!) have focused attention on the terrifying and fascinating species, Houston's version offers two days of education booths, activities and demonstrations, including regular feedings, that any shark lover or novice will appreciate. (Admission is free but some activities require a fee).
