Marco Wiles gets every detail just right with his authentic cuisine that includes sublime Chianti-braised short ribs, the pork shanks with polenta, and margherita pizza cooked in a wood-burning oven that would satisfy even the most ardent gastro-Italophile. Housed in a cheerfully converted Montrose house, people either love the charm or bemoan the cramped corners and close-together tables. Honestly, Marco Wiles could start serving from a taco truck and we'd still stand in line.
