The Durham House
The former Woodrows Heights has been given new life as Durham House, with a physical and culinary remodeling. Instead of the former menu of casual Cajun fare, executive chef Mike McElroy serves more elevated Creole fare like stewed rabbit, smoked NY strip, and octopus puttanesca. The chef brings a deft touch to charcuterie, which makes dishes like the housemade boudin and pork shank terrine particularly must order. Owner Raj Natarajan oversees the extensive beverage program, which includes wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
