Haak Vineyards & Winery's New Year's Eve Gala
Celebrate the 2012 season and welcome 2013. Enjoy dinner and dance to the tunes of Pookie Marceux and his band. The culinary staff will be serving a meal inspired by the rich history of the South and Mardi gras, including: bow-tie pasta with a Cajun sherry cream sauce and blackened chicken, Cajun-style white fish poached in white wine and Cajun butter, spicy craw fish cornbread, grits bar with assorted toppings, fried okra, Beignets with powdered sugar and Madeira chocolate sauce and more.
