Even before jumpsuits resurfaced as a hot new fashion trend, publicist Tiffany Halik was into the one-piece look. "I love jumpsuits because they are unique and something that I honestly collect," she says. "I find them to be very flattering as well."
Style File was at the hot new restaurant Bovine & Barley for a tasting from chef Harold Wong's new menu, but we immediately noticed Halik's jump on the fashion trend. She wore a strapless denim Rachel Roy jumpsuit from Macy's, with a wide white embroidered belt by Antik Batik from Shopbop and Stuart Weitzman sandals.
She accessorized the look with a silver Alexis Bittar necklace, Eddie Borgo earrings (from Tootsies) and a Michael Kors watch. Bracelets by Kate Spade, Miansai (from Rye 51), Martha Calvo (from Joolz) and George Frost completed the ensemble.
Halik, who is a Style File favorite for a second time, describes her style as "both eclectic and fashion forward."
"I love the color green and have a lot of it in my wardrobe. I also have an appreciation for vintage jewelry and an immense love of shoes! I love bold prints and bright pops of color and incorporate both into my wardrobe year 'round," she says.
— CLIFFORD PUGH
Publicist Tiffany Halik is always a standout with her dark hair, fair skin and beguiling green eyes, but on this night at the "Love's in Fashion" benefit, in the middle of a very tony crowd, she stood out all glam and all affordable.
She dressed up her heart-embellished silk frock, Versace for H&M, with a fab necklace by Deepa Gurnani, a find t Anthropologie. She stepped out in Sam Edelman pumps from Nordstrom and carried a Halston East West Clutch from Cakewalk Style Shop. Her tights were DKNY Opague from Nordstrom.
The perfect look for a little night music at Tootsies.
