Are you seeing blue skies where there should be a big, ugly advertisement for booze or cheap furniture?

Artist Karyn Olivier is tackling one of Houston's worst urban blights: She's plastering 13 billboards around town with photographs of what would be there if the billboards didn't exist.

Track the Inbound Houston project here. It's up through Nov. 22.

A project of the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Center at the University of Houston.
