A food truck can no longer contain them: The Eatsie Boys are set to open a new restaurant in Montrose

It looks like the Eatsie Boys empire can no longer fit in a food truck.

The Boys — Ryan Soroka, Matt Marcus and Alex Vassilakidis — announced via Twitter on Thursday that they have signed a lease for brick-and-mortar space in Montrose.

"It's the E-Boys, evolved," Soroka says. "We definitely want to pay tribute to and extend the current things, but there will be some new things we've wanted to do and couldn't out of a truck."

Soroka is staying mum on the exact location for now, but says they are pushing for a summer opening.

Between the food truck, work on their 8th Wonder Brewery and the new location, these boys are definitely staying busy.

What's your Eatsie Boy's fave — Frank the Pretzel, the Snuggie, or their ice creams?
