Calling the menu “Episode One: Farewell to Summer,” Ha designed each dish to cool down diners: Vietnamese-style papaya salad, chicken wings prepared two ways and a Thai-inspired dessert featuring coconut milk, cream and tropical fruits.
Pop-up-goers filled MKT Bar to say hello to Ha and farewell to the hot season. More tables and chairs had to be brought in to accommodate the overflow crowd. And judging by the faces on those attending, everyone left satisfied — and all smiles.
