One of the highlights of Fashion Houston didn't come from a big-name designer showcasing glittery gowns. Instead the designers of the future were showcased when some of the city's most stylish women took to the catwalk with panache at the Little Black Dress Designer runway show.
The project, devised by Neal Hamil Agency director Jeff Shell, pairs an up-and-coming local designer with a muse who provides the inspiration for a little black dress like no other.
The muses rocked the catwalk in a LBD creation made by each designer, who also used the muse's inspiration to create another LBD for the competition.
As these photos indicate, on this night, everyone was a winner.
