"I feel like a tragic hero in a Shakespeare play," said Tupac Shakur.

Editor's note: There's so much that's beautiful, funny, smart and informative on the Internet. Problem is, there's also a bunch of garbage. Here's the best of the web right now:

1. Correctly predict the color of Gatorade used during the Super Bowl and you might win an iPad. Sure, it's no billion-dollar prize, but the New York Times is giving away an iPad for your guesses on everything from the winning team to the number of hats Bruno Mars and the Red Hot Chili Peppers wear during halftime. America at its finest.

2. Justin Bieber's arrest is more popular than Beyonce's album. You may have heard that teen heartthrob Justin Bieber was arrested for a DUI in Miami this week. OK, so you definitely heard that. But did you know his drunken behavior got more people talking than Beyonce's surprise album drop? Internet stats tell the sad-but-true tale.

3. Zipi solves the single most annoying thing about using earbuds. Is there just one "most annoying" thing about earbuds? That's an argument for another article, so let's rejoice in the fact that Frank Cho used his degrees from MIT and UC Berkeley to solve a daily problem of music lovers everywhere. Cho designed a magnetic strap that keeps your earbuds untangled and accessible in between use.

4. Twenty-four invaluable skills to learn for free online this year. Paying for an education is so 2013. BuzzFeed breaks down two dozen tuition-free ways to expand your mind, including learning how to code, read faster and understand basic psychology.

5. Tupac Shakur on life and death. PBS' Blank on Blank takes a stab at unraveling the mystery of the late great Tupac Shakur. No, it's not a look into theories about who gunned down the 25-year-old rapper. It's the audio of an intimate lunch interview with Tupac before his death in 1996. "I feel like a tragic hero in a Shakespeare play," he says.
