In the growing neighborhood of Oak Forest sits a strip mall. Inside that strip mall just beside a grocery store and hidden behind a bank is a little neighborhood restaurant that has a big following. With the odd setup of upscale food paired with a casual atmosphere and no servers (guests must order at the bar), it somehow works. The patio is destination-worthy and somehow manages to make those sitting in it forget that just outside its borders is a parking lot and grocery store.
The guanciale burger is legit. (So much so that it cannot quit.)
