A South American-style restaurant that incorporates the flavors of Latin American cuisine and utilizes high-quality American ingredients, Churrascos has been singled out as the purveyor of one of the best steaks in America by Esquire magazine. Signature items include the aforementioned Churrasco, a charcoal-grilled center-cut beef tenderloin steak, the town's best tres leches cake, and the highly-addictive Cordúa signature plantain chips and chimichurri dip served gratis on every table. Since the recent renovation, guests now experience a chic, modern Latin ambiance that reflects the creative menu. An autumnal color scheme of earthy fern, rich Bordeaux and warm gold runs throughout, whimsical handmade multi-colored lamps adorn the entrance and Botero paintings line the walls.
