Whether you're looking for a booth alongside the reclaimed wood walls, a spot at the marble oyster bar or to join the community table by the front door, Liberty Kitchen is bustling most nights. The menu designed by Lance Fegan includes American comfort food and (as the name implies) quite a bit of seafood. There are gumbos, oysters from the bar, shared plates featuring crab balls, lobster and a changing menu of eight fish cooked on a charcoal and peach wood grill. But there's also a full breakfast menu, ranging from burgers and hearty sandwiches, a mac cheese skillet that can feed two and a late afternoon menu featuring items from 2-5 p.m.
Liberty Kitchen has multiple craft and mainstream brews on tap.
Liberty Kitchen has two beers on tap made for them by Houston's Karbach Brewing Co. — Liberty Light and Liberty Dark.
