Hilton Americas-Houston

A new downtown landmark

It’s location-location-location when you’re in town for a convention at Hilton Americas-Houston. You're just steps away from the Toyota Center (home of the Houston Rockets) and practically inside Discovery Green, an urban park with modern art, outdoor concerts and cool restaurants. But as the largest hotel in town, Hilton Americas-Houston is also primed to give you much of what you want without ever leaving the premises. Among the amenities, three restaurants, three bars, a spa and health club with views of downtown and a 75-foot indoor infinity lap pool. In fact there are so many temptations in and around the hotel that you might forget that the reason you came to Houston in the first place was to attend a convention. Thankfully, there are two skywalks that conveniently connect the hotel with the George R. Brown Convention Center to remind you that you’re here to mix a little business with your pleasure.

Once upon a time you could valet at the Hilton for a downtown adventure and just stop in at the bar before leaving to get the moderate hourly rate. Now waving the event parking rate ($20) requires exactly two entrees in the restaurant.
