This Valentine's Day, Hotel Icon's Line & Lariat Restaurant highlights the Texas coast, waterways, farms, and ranches with a special fixed-price dinner. From February 12-14, selections from chef Laura Trigo’s three-course menu include grilled oysters on the half shell in garlic-herb butter, a 10-ounceo New York strip with crispy crawfish tails and roasted root vegetables, and molten lava cake à la mode. The cost is $89 per person, including a champagne toast.
