Features from the special menu include Roasted Butternut Squash Soup laced with Pinot Grigio, Port Raspberry Balsamic Glazed Quail, Grilled Mahi Mahi and a dessert bar to feast upon. After dinner, guests are invited to grace the dance floor with music from DJ Tom Byer.
Messina Hof wine, cocktails and champagne will be flowing as guests make the final countdown to 2013. Seating and cocktails begin at 6:30 p.m. and the official cocktail hour starts at 8:30 p.m. Dinner and dancing lasts from 9:30 p.m. until midnight.
