Central Market Cooking School presents Sharpen Your Knife Skills
This class is perfect for the beginner or the seasoned home cook. Participants will learn the characteristics of a good knife and how to handle and care for this most prized tool in the kitchen. They will also practice basic cuts like slicing, dicing, chopping and learning to chiffonade and juliene. The fruits of everyone's labor will become dinner. Participants must bring a chef's knife or purchase a Wüsthof knife at a discount on the night of class.
