This Brunch and Learn in-room cooking demonstration highlights Southern breakfast dishes from executive chef Danny Trace. The restaurant will prepare the three-course meal for guests while bar chef Richard Middleton creates thoughtful cocktail pairings for the first two courses.

Brunch menu items will include Country Ham and Biscuit, Brisket Debris Benedict and Southern Strawberry Fritters.
