They're funny
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony fight to be funniest in new Kohl's ad campaign
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony may be headed to divorce court, but the estranged couple still has a sense of humor in competing ads for their new clothing collections at Kohl's.
Both send up their diva images in a series of ads for the lines, which debut in Kohl's stores on Tuesday. In one ad, Lopez isn't allowed into the Kohl's headquarters because the security guard doesn't know who she is, even after she sings a few bars of "Jenny on the Block."
In another funny ad, she incessantly clicks a pen while working on her collection, much to the consternation of her Kohl's collaborators.
In separate ads, Anthony has to answer the phones when the security guard disappears and tries to learn to handle the coffee maker.

The retailer has been playing down the couple's collaborative efforts since their split was announced last month and are marketing the two lines separatedly, as the Jennifer Lopez Collection of clothing and home furnishings and the Marc Anthony Collection of menswear clothing.
"The Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony brands have always been positioned as two separate, distinctive collections that offer high-quality contemporary style for men and women, and we look forward to a successful September launch," a Kohl's spokesperson told Women's Wear Daily.
"We have two separate agreements with Jennifer and Marc and always intended to have separate lines. (Their split) doesn't impact the agreements in any way," said Rick Darling, president of LF USA, a company that sublicenses the brands to Kohl's.
Most apparel pieces in both collections are under $100. The Jennifer Lopez Home Collection, which consists of bedding (600 thread count sheets), towels and luggage, ranges from $149 to $199.
Sneak peeks at both collections appear promising. Lopez looked smashing in an one-shoulder zebra print dress at the American Idol auditions in Galveston last week and Anthony looked sporty in ripped jeans and a dark pullover Henley sweater over a white shirt — all from his Marc Anthony Collection line — when he recently discussed his life after JLo with ABC's John Quinones.
In the interview, Anthony denied infidelity by either party and said the two plan to go through with their upcoming Latin talent show, Q'Viva! The Chosen.
