D is for Disaster
Task force chides Dallas for being Houston's inferior

Dallas can't stay cool in the face of disaster, according to a new report by Mass Care Task Force.
Although the threat of natural disaster is somewhat less that far inland, the task force is concerned with the city's ability to absorb and care for evacuees in the event of a Katrina or Rita-scale hurricane.
Dallas has only 26 percent of the supplies and volunteers it would need to handle a major disaster, the task force said, but added that people shouldn't be overly alarmed.
Maybe D-town should take a page from Houston's handbook on preparedness. Do we have to teach them everything?
