"I'm such a girlie girl," said Vivian Wise as she explained her choice of the feminine burgundy-hued Monique Lhuillier gown for the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston Grand Gala Ball. "I love poofy. I think I was an over-the-top fairy princess in another life." Her golden bag by Louis Vuitton and her Yves Saint Laurent pumps complete the sophisticated look.
