Young professionals beat the heat with Alley Theatre mystery and happy hour
We don't recall a single summer filled with so many schmooze opportunities for the city's young professional crowd. Certainly, no dog days of hurricane season for the button-down set this year. Latest on the YP dance card was the night out co-hosted by Memorial Hermann Heroes in Health and the Alley Theatre's Scene group.
Youthful supporters of the arts and science combined their interests over cocktails and light bites, catered by Jim Benton, for the happy hour gathering that preceded the Alley's production of Agatha Christie's The Hollow. The classic Christie whodunit is part of the theater's Summer Chills series.
Ramping up their sleuthing abilities in advance of the on-stage mystery were Marc Eichenbaum, Rebecca Dallas, Natalie Blumrick, Elizabeth Bannor, Jessica Roberts, Dave Fagundes, Mary O’Black, Paige and Bob Martin, Karen Man, Jennifer Graff and Amy Lampi.
