International pop star Camila Cabello dines on dumplings during Houston visit

Has there ever been a better weekend for music fans in Houston? With performances by Taylor Swift, Drake, and Interpol, fans of just about any genre could find something worth seeing — even if Lauryn Hill postponed her performance until next year.
It comes as no surprise that at least one of those artists enjoyed a meal at one of the city's restaurants. Pop star Camila Cabello dined at Yauatcha during her time in the Bayou City.
Cabello, in town to open for Swift's sold-out show at NRG Stadium, visited the Galleria-area Chinese restaurant twice during her visit. Over the course of her meals, she dined on signature items including the char siu bun, scallop shui mai, venison puff, Chilean sea bass, and more. Of course, no meal at Yauatcha would be complete without one of the French-style pastries, in this case the berries and peach melba with a side of ice cream.
While Yauatcha is known for its cocktails, Cabello opted for a brewed tea made with Texas grapefruit rinds.
The restaurant opted to respect the singer's privacy by not snapping a photo, but, considering her almost 25 million Instagram followers, we're pretty sure she's used to being photographed. Either way, it's probably safe to say that "she loves [to] control" her meal, and that the "beautiful" restaurant will "never be the same" after her visit.
