For a district that buzzes with people in the daytime, it sometimes seems like every restaurant downtown without counter service only opens up at night.
And during Houston Restaurant Week, when even those without expense accounts can afford to eat like kings, the paucity of high-end lunch spots is even more frustrating. But don't worry: we've got the scoop on the places in the skyline district with great Restaurant Week deals on offer even at noon.
