She's finally back!
Amanda Bynes makes Brett Favre look decisive
Amanda Bynes — former child star, once-former actress and soon-to-be former relevant famous person — has ultimately decided to return to acting after her long, soul-searching one-month retirement.
"I've unretired" she tweeted, including a link to the trailer of her newest movie, Easy A.
Real subtle, Bynes.
Earlier tweets that announced her retirement included these gems: "Being an actress isn't as fun as it may seem. If I don't love something anymore I stop doing it. I don't love acting anymore so I've stopped doing it. I know 24 is a young age to retire, but you heard it here first I've #retired."
Amanda Bynes is best known for her time on Nickelodeon series, including All That and The Amanda Show. That led to film acting where she played Penny in the film version of the Hairspray musical. She was even a voice actor on Family Guy. Forbes projected her earnings pre-"retirement" at almost three million dollars a year.
Bynes has previously been typecast as a goofy character, but let's hope this great "comeback" spawns something fresher than puppy-love movies.
Does anyone else find it weird that Lindsay Lohan will spend even less time in jail than Bynes spent retired? And when does Brett Favre comment?
