Breastaurant Fire
Breastaurant catches on fire, forcing bikini girls to evacuate: And the bad jokes have already begun
The Woodlands Bikinis has reopened in all its breastaurant glory after suffering minor damage from a recent fire . . . And the "hot" jokes just keep a-comin'.
"We're still bringing the heat but the fire is out," reads a Thursday morning Facebook post announcing the triumphant return of the bar's scantily-clad wait staff.
Area firefighters believe faulty wiring is to blame for the Tuesday night blaze that forced a full-scale Bikinis evacuation. While no injuries were reported, fire damage forced the sports bar to remain closed on Wednesday in the midst of the NFL preseason. Patrons feared the worst with a Houston Texans-Miami Dolphins game on the horizon this Saturday.
"It's no surprise that our girls are HOT as FIRE."
Kevin Pearson from Bikinis HQ in Austin tells Woodlands newspaper The Villager that flames broke out in the same location of the building in 2012, closing the restaurant for half a day. He suspects electrical issues, but notes that an official cause has yet to be determined.
Though the Montgomery County Fire Department continue to investigate the incident, Bikini managers already appear to have concluded their own independent analysis.
"It's no surprise that our girls are HOT as FIRE," they posted on Facebook.
