Pee Burglar is on the run: Husband refuses to reveal whereabouts of his wanted wife
Thanks to a pair of incriminating online videos, Harris County law enforcement has finally identified a woman known to many — well, at least to in-the-know CultureMap readers — as the Kingswood Pee Burglar.
Residents of the northeast Houston area of Summerwood were shocked to spot their 48-year-old neighbor Linda Tatosian in surveillance footage that caught her sneaking into a nearby gated community, opening up several UPS packages and relieving herself on a family's patio.
Tatosian remains at large and faces one count of misdemeanor theft for swiping $250 worth of health and beauty aids, according to documents filed with through the Harris County District Attorney's Office.
The suspect's downfall was the instantly recognizable vehicle she used to enter the private Kings Lake Estates.
“I was like what wait a minute, I recognize that yellow Mustang,” Summerwood resident Adrian Green tells KHOU Ch. 11 of the now-infamous YouTube clips.
Hidden cameras recorded Tatosian haphazardly driving her flashy convertible up to Jason Jodway’s front porch, where she ripped apart mail and even took a moment to try on a pair of shoes from a Nordstrom package. (When they didn't fit, she politely placed them back in the box.)
"She didn't even check to see if we were home or not," Jodway crankily says in the first of his two videos. The suspect finishes up her Kings Lake visit at another home with a pee break next to a decorative fountain.
Now, Tatosian hasn't been seen for weeks. KHOU's Tiffany Craig reached out to the suspect's husband, who would not reveal his wife's whereabouts.
