Pet of the week - George Clooney terrier

Name: George Clooney, as in … well, George Clooney. This is the most specific dog name ever submitted by Citizens for Animal Protection. No need to be formal, just call me George. Or Oscar, because I've won a few. Or change my name to something, anything.

Birthdate: February 2 (Groundhog Day), 2017. I'm legal, over the age of 1. But I still have a lot of pup in me.

Ethnicity: I'm a terrier on the smallish size, a bantamweight 17 pounds. I was picked up as a stray, and I seemed to have lost my driver's license, birth certificate, medical records, and school report cards. But this much we know: I'm very gentle with children and other dogs.

I like to play doggie games, and I love, love, love going on walks. I'm a super calm dog and enjoy chilling out with my owner. You see my tongue? I'm world class at giving dog kisses.

Come and get me: I'm available for adoption at 11 am Friday, March 22 at Citizens for Animal Protection (17555 Katy Freeway; 281-497-0591). Tell them, "Ken sent me."
