Updated with video: The road sign rebel strikes again, switches "POOP" to "LOL"
UPDATE 03/15: Denver Hopkins turned himself to TxDOT and took credit for the LOL sign but says he did not hack the sign computer. He told KTRK that the box was left open and he changed the sign from POOP. See video below:

The renegade road sign hacker that let loose in Houston over the weekend must read CultureMap.
After we published a photo of his (or her) prank — changing a digital road sign on the corner of Louisiana and Prairie streets to read "POOP" — someone wrote in anonymously, claiming credit for the deed.
And, echoing our giggles (no matter how hard we tried to suppress them) at the bathroom humor, the sign was switched again, to read "LOL."
City workers got to it this morning and changed it back, but the crafty caper promises that as soon as they're away, he'll strike again.
