Several participating restaurants, including the six listed below, have added special prices on wine or a martini that accentuate the establishment's prix fixe menu (brunch: $25 per person; lunch: $20 per person; dinner: $35 or $45 per person) now through September 7. Pairings are optional and prices vary, but it's a great way to try some top-notch vintages.
