Owner Efisio Farris’ Sardinian heritage acts as the perfect inspiration for this Galleria-area hotspot. With fresh-made pasta constantly being rolled and cut in the kitchen, there's no need to go to Italy for authentic pizza, pasta, or seafood—just to Arcodoro. It is one of the only restaurants in the United States devoted to the unique, seafood-laden dishes of Sardinia, and should be tried at least once as part of any Houston global culinary tour.
