Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchen presents An All-Tequila Dinner
Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchen are going again to help both form a deeper relationship when it hosts an All-Tequila Dinner matching four courses of Sylvia’s dishes with various drinks made with Demetrio Premium Tequila.
Complete with a menu created by Enchilada Queen Sylvia Casares herself, the four-course dinner requires reservations.
The dinner begins with a small, thick, corn tortilla topped with roasted pork and Sylvia’s mole sauce. That is followed by the restaurant’s famed lump crab and corn soup, then moves into a grand sampling of South Texas Hunting Lodge Mesquite Grilled Meats. The finale is a Sylvia-special tres leches. Drinks include a special tequila flight, two kinds of Margaritas and a dessert tequila drink.
