The 411: New York developer Richard Leibovitch is breathing new life into the former River Oaks Luxury Apartments with a $100 million state-of-the-art renovation, and nearly 100 insiders got a sneak peek at the plans for his luxe condo project, The River Oaks.
Located on Westheimer between Weslayan and Buffalo Speedway, the swank high-rise digs, slated to be completed early 2017, will feature 78 residences including two double-decker penthouses priced at $10 million each.

Also on hand were top brass from managing partner, New York-based developer Arel Capital, who jetted in to greet neighbors and prospects, as well as to toast the Houston team working on the building including Rottet Studio, EDI International, McDugald-Steele, and Jacob Sudhoff of Sudhoff Companies, handling sales and marketing, who announced the official opening of the Sales Center.
