Luxury comes to life at Louis Vuitton’s Objets Nomades soiree
What: Celebration of Louis Vuitton’s Objets Nomades
Where: Louis Vuitton Houston Galleria
The scoop: A collection as prominent as Louis Vuitton’s Objets Nomades warrants not one, but two nights of celebration. So it was at the Houston Galleria boutique, as guests gathered for consecutive evenings to peruse the luxury brand’s limited edition Objets Nomades collection of furniture and home items, available for the first time in Houston through March 7.
Created in 2012, the Objets Nomades collection keeps alive Louis Vuitton’s long tradition of beautifully crafted travel objects. Some of the world’s most renowned designers have since imagined stunning travel-inspired Objets, which have then been created in collaboration with Louis Vuitton.
The first evening was hosted in conjunction with the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and the second included Louis Vuitton clients and close friends of the brand. Atelier Oï designer Patrick Reymond was on hand during both cocktail parties to provide special insight to the pieces his team contributed to the collection.
