“We’re thrilled to continue growing in Houston — already one of our biggest markets — with our West University location,” Snooze CEO David Birzon said in a statement. “As a mission-driven company, we look at growth not only in terms of opening more restaurants, but also in expanding our culture and ability to give back to new communities by partnering with amazing local organizations for our pre-opening weekend.”
