The Hanson brothers — best known for their virility all-consuming 1997 hit "MMMBop" are launching a beer brand, and they're calling it "MMMHop." For serious.
The brothers announced their plans Monday at a talk at the Oxford Union in Oxford, Britain; they plan to release an IPA as early as next year. "I'm not joking," youngest member Zac reportedly said of the name.
Here are other band brands we'd love to see on shelves:
Nickelbock — A crappy light beer with a strange but devoted following, sort of like Milwaukee's Best.
Mighty Mighty Bosstone(s) Lager — A classic Boston Lager.
Whit Me Baby One More Time — One to keep away from the kids.
What band and song-inspired brands would you like to see? Tell us in comments.
