Sugar Land Restaurant Week beckons with a deal: Three courses for $25
It's been just under a month since Labor Day, so those broke foodies among us (read: Internet writers) are probably beginning to feel the jones for a a high-end meal after five August weeks of prix fixe bargains during Houston Restaurant Week.
Luckily Sugar Land has you covered. Sugar Land Town Square Restaurant Week is from October 10-16, so sybarites can take a trip down Highway 59 to check out the dining scene beyond the inner loop and get a great deal. Nine restaurants are offering three course dinners for only $25 — that's $10 less than HRW deals — and donating $5 per meal to the Fort Bend Junior Service League.
With a dozen restaurants participating, there's plenty of variety to choose from, whether you crave Escalante's Tex-Mex, Italian from Amici, the inventive Latin-Asian fusion of Japaneiro's, Shiva Indian cuisine or the flavors of New Orleans at The Rouxpour. In addition to the nine establishments offering a prix fixe menu, three more — 1905 Pizza Bar, Baker Street Pub & Grill and Shogi Hibachi Express — are offering family specials.
