Seth Siegel-Gardner honed his chef skills at Aquavit and C-House working in the illustrious kitchens of Marcus Samuelsson, one of the world's most highly regarded culinary masters.
Now Siegel-Gardner and Terrence Gallivan, the duo behind forthcoming restaurant The Pass & Provisions, is teaming up with Siegel-Gardner's old boss for a one-time-only event. The "Yes, Chef" lunch on July 19 is part of Samuelsson's book tour to promote his new memoir of the same name.
Siegel-Gardner and Gallivan will be working with Samuelsson to create a five-course meal with beverage pairings that will take place at Hofheinz House. Tickets are $80 and include food, drinks and an autographed copy of Yes, Chef.
Samuelsson fans can also see the chef in a cooking demonstration and book signing at Central Market at 7 p.m. on July 19.
