Tex-Mex to your desk: Pico's introduces city fajita delivery
Tired of ordering in pizza and Chinese? Arnaldo Richards has got your number.
The owner of Pico's Mex-Mex for the past 26 years, Richards is ready to take his Mexican classics out across the city with the launch of FajitaDelivery.com.
"I have had the URL for FajitaDelivery.com for more than 10 years, and with the double-digit increase in my catering, delivery and take-out during the past year, combined with the new technologies, trends and changes in peoples' dining habits, now is the time to launch," Richards said.
FajitaDelivery.com specializes in (surprise!) Pico's beloved grilled fajitas, but also offers enchiladas, tamales, quesadillas, desserts, sides and beverages and can accommodate orders from two to 2,000 people. The fajitas come unassembled in organized, sturdy, reusable plastic containers, not styrofoam. The portions, like those served at Pico's, are enough to provide major leftovers when you include the complimentary chips and salsas.
The regular delivery area consists of Bellaire, Meyerland and West University, but city-wide delivery is available with additional charges and restrictions. In the next year, Richards plans to open five FajitaDelivery centers, expanding the standard delivery area throughout the city.
Now if only Richards could figure out a way to get that Pico's queso flameado to our door, we'd never have to leave the house again.
