After leaving his namesake Tesar's Modern Steak and Sustainable Seafood last month, John Tesar's current (for now) Dallas location has been found. Of course, it is a rotating location.
DRG Concepts, which operates Dallas Fish Market, Dallas Chop House, Go Fish Ocean Club, and Fish Express, is bringing Tesar on to work on recipe and menu development with each location's executive chef as well as DRG's talented corporate chef AJ Joglekar.
The additional news that Joglekar and Tesar will work together with DRG Concepts on more restaurants has set Dallas foodie tongues wagging that a Tesar-focused concept will be forthcoming.
Tesar previously spent two years in Dallas as executive chef of Rosewood Mansion at Turtle Creek.
