Construction has begun on yet another "pearl" in Houston. The latest luxury midrise apartments called Pearl Washington will be located on 3.12 acres along the Washington Corridor.
Scheduled to open in spring 2016, the Pearl Washington site sits at the corner of Washington Avenue and T.C. Jester Boulevard.
The newest Pearl will have five stories with 322 one-, two- and three-bedroom units over two podium levels of garage parking with eVgo car charging stations. Units range from 652 square feet to 1,443 square feet. All apartments come with balconies.
