3. Tilman Fertitta's seafood restaurant sets sail with new Sugar Land store. A prominent Houston seafood restaurant has arrived in Sugar Land. Landry’s Seafood House is now open daily for lunch and dinner.

4. Family-owned Houston pizzeria rises with 2 new locations. A Houston pizzeria will expand its footprint with two new locations in Meyerland and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), opening in spring 2027 and fall 2026, respectively.
