Beyoncé Dines Out
Where's the beef? Beyoncé and Jay Z chow down during stop at popular H-Town steakhouse
It seems that the beef and other dishes at rockin' B&B Butchers & Restaurant have won the devotion of Beyoncé and Jay Z. After her barnburner concert at NRG Stadium last Thursday night the famous duo arranged for a private lunch on Friday in the front butcher shop before heading to New Orleans.
The family outing included their daughter, Blue Ivy, and Beyoncé's mother,Tina Knowles-Lawson. (The famous foursome had enjoyed a Sunday brunch at B&B on their last swing through H-Town in May.)
On Friday's menu, they sipped Bellinis and grazed through a field of appetizers that included crispy calamari & peppers, carpet bagger on the half shell, and Wagyu carpaccio. No calories were spared for desserts which included créme brulé, cheesecake and sorbet.
On Thursday, before the concert, the singer's team stopped by B&B to pick up food for Queen Bey and the backstage crew. Reports that the order included seafood for the star, plus salads, steaks and other entrees. And her personal chef picked up raw kobe beef to grill back at the house.
Not only is the food a draw to B&B, but we bet that owner Ben Berg's personal touch and his assurance of privacy are part of the attraction as well.
