Former Yell Leaders rally Houston-based Aggies for the big game against Bama

Several hundred football fans already have their vocal chords primed for the big Texas A&M-Alabama game Saturday, thanks to a recent CityCentre-hosted rally on a plaza-turned-football field.
With “Texas A&M” spelled out in paint at one end, hash marks running up the middle and “Alabama” prominent at the other end, CityCentre set the stage for the mid-week celebration, encouraging supporters from both sides to wear their team colors.
Former Yell Leaders Tyler Wellborn, Ryan Bishop, Jonathan Lusk, Chris Buckner, Casey Schaefer and Ben DeBayle led the crowd with jokes, cheers and, of course, gig ‘ems. Rounds of “Roll, Tide Roll” sounded, too, in the sea of maroon.
