Guests get a taste of the high life at tallest townhouse in Houston
More than 200 guests got a taste of the high life as they celebrated the unveiling of the posh new townhome development, Kensington at River Oaks by Carnegie Homes, which builders are touting as the tallest townhouse in Houston.
Named for a posh London hotel, the property currently features three townhomes, including a towering five-story, nearly 70-foot-tall unit, along with two adjacent, four-story units. Eight more homes are on the way.
Partygoers sipped free-flowing cocktails and snacked on bites prepared by Sub-Zero Wolf as they made their way through all three addresses, each decked out with furnishings from High Fashion Home’s upcoming catalog as well as art from Esperson Gallery.
The initial three townhomes are priced between $1,099,900 and $1,299,900. What does that hefty price tag come with? A desirable location nestled between River Oaks and Montrose, grand regency-style architecture, terraces with postcard city views of the city, elevators, and independent accents, finishes and color palettes.
Toasting the evening were Carnegie Homes’ developer Arpan Gupta and his wife Sapna Patel, Rama and Radha Gupta, Andy Gupta, Shahbaz Anwar, Naureen and Ahmad Malik, Avnie and Pankaj Malani, Dee Brown, Derrick Shore, Jorge Olivares, Roxana Cubias, Sandra Watson, Sandra Chunn, and Brenda Fant.
