3. Influential and edgy Houston real estate website announces sudden shutter. Swamplot, the local blog devoted to the highs and lows of all things Houston real estate, announced it woud cease regular publication after a 12-year run. 

4. Popular Latin coffee brand rolls into Montrose with colorful pop-up cafe. Houstonians only have until May 25 to visit the Café Bustelo pop-up before the shipping container rolls on to another city. 

5. Carlos Santana masterfully works his black magic at stellar RodeoHouston debut. The legendary musician had no need to mess around with tricks; his smooth set covered his whole career.
