The 411: In advance of the October 9 Celebration of Champions luncheon and fashion show at River Oaks Country Club, Texas Children's invited the honorees in for a tour of the center and an intimate luncheon. Dr. ZoAnn Dreyer, co-director of the center's Long Term Survivor Program, led the heavy-hitter group through the blood center, infusion area and patient rooms on the 14th floor of the Houston Medical Center hospital.
The group then moved to the hospital's fourth floor where A Fare Extraordinaire presented a lavish lunch befitting the community leaders.
