Partying Spectre Style
"Bondshells" bash celebrates holidays James Bond style with a Spectre vibe for a good cause
The fifth annual "Houston Bondshells Bash" savored a Spectre style vibe when close to 200 guests in their 007 best took over Nouveau Antique Art Bar in Midtown.
Standout among the sea of tuxedos and glittering gowns was party founder Mallory Garber. What began as a stock-the-bar bash at her townhome has grown so big that a special venue is required and this year the event adopted a charity beneficiary — Homemade Hope.
The local non-profit provides culinary classes, tutoring and nutrition education to children in homeless shelters around the city. Through contributions raised at the event, Homemade Hope was able to host a special Christmas party for 50 children at the Southside Community Center.
Putting their best Bond forward were guests including Blair Bentley, Sergio Marazita, Trent Kelly, Matt Hale, Emma Rancour, Schuyler Evans, Hudson Hoosier, Janessa Young, Drew West, Channing Morvart, Megan Tipton and Keli Dean.
